The trucks are parked there deliberately for advertisement sake without caring about the traffic jam they are causing. Just for the sake of advertisement.

I could be wrong but I was at a store today here in Canada and they have a CK shock line. Maybe this is part of it?

Let’s just say that if I was stuck in traffic because of this utterly stupid truck, the truck would have had a lot of holes in it!
its stupid whatever the point is, as long as its causing traffic, as if we dont suffer enough of it already
