   I guess Beirut Is still the Lebanese Capital! And not the Syrian capital!!! Where’s your editor in cheif guys???!

   That’s just where the reporter is located. They are not saying Beirut is the Syrian capital. Story On Syrian war zone from relatively safe distance of Beirut. They’re not that stupid.
